This blog was set up to provide discussion on the alternatives to prescription drugs in the treatment of health problems. Obesity, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, cancer, gout can all be either treated or prevented by adhering to a strict diet, taking daily exercise and food supplements. A sugar-free diet is crucial as there is too much sugar in the diet in developed countries causing our bodies to be too acidic. Doctors too readily prescribe drugs for health problems as a first option.

Wrong Teaching About Mary

Since I retired to Ireland from the UK, I have joined a website titled www.boards,ie which covers lots of topics - subjects like environment, sport, gardening etc. They also have a section of the site which covers religion. In their Christianity section, a few weeks ago I opened a thread titled " Wrong Teaching About Mary" in which I argued that the Catholic Church has misrepresented the mother of Jesus Christ.
